We will also keep you updated regularly with completion timeframes and if there will be any unexpected/unavoidable delays

Yes we do dependent on the project size. For larger jobs a deposit will be required upon signing of the contract and a progressive payment schedule will be set up prior to commencing. For small jobs, payment will be made in full on completion of the work
